In line with the NSW Governments easing of restrictions from December 15, Mobys is now open to all travellers from NSW. Please note: there are still specific rules in place or interstate and international visitors. these rules can be found on www.nsw.gov.au
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
You must not visit Mobys if you have tested positive to COVID-19 (or a variant) within the past 14 days.
If you have any COVID-19 symptoms or if you have been classified as a casual or close contact you should get tested asap and await a negitive test result beofre you come to Mobys.
Whilst you are at Mobys please continue to practice social distancing
PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
If the NSW Government places Pacific Palms and/or Mobys into Lockdown prior to your arrival, and you are not able to travel to Mobys… a refund or credit of your deposit (valid for two years) less any credit card surcharges will be offered If you have booked direct with Mobys over the phone or on our Mobys website…
If you are instructed by the NSW Government to self-isolate at home and not travel you must notify Mobys by phone or email. Your deposit payment (if you have booked direct with us) will be non-refundable but no further charges will apply.
WHILST YOU ARE AT MOBYS If the NSW Government places Pacific Palms and/or Mobys into Lockdown during your stay… you may continue staying with us for the duration of your booked dates… but you will be required to abide by any public health order rules implemented by the NSW Government.
If you are instructed by the NSW Government to return to your home address and self-isolate you must notify Mobys by phone and email your proof to firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have booked direct with us (either by phone or via our Mobys website) we will endeavour to re-sell as many nights as possible and we will provide a refund or credit ONLY for the nights that we are able to successfully re-sell at the same value, less a service cleaning fee.
Mobys will not refund any monies to you if you check in and choose to check out earlier than your scheduled departure date.
Please note: this policy applies to bookings made directly with Mobys either over the phone or on our Mobys website. External agents like Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb will have their own separate policies in place and any cancellations or modifications will need to be made direct with these agents.
