CAN I TRAVEL TO MOBYS?

You may travel to Mobys if:
a) you live in a NSW LGA that has no lockdown restrictions in place
b) you are feeling well and have no flu like or covid symptoms
c) you have not visited or stayed in a LGA that is currently locked down in the past 14 days

Please note:
If you are from a LGA that has current lockdown restrictions in place and you need to travel for a valid and essential reason please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.

If you have a booking or if you are ready to make a future booking with us..
please don’t worry…

 

What if I can’t travel??


If you have booked directly with us and you are unable to travel due to a Govt. lockdown, travel ban or stay at home order affecting your specific travel dates we will refund your deposit (less credit card surcharges) or issue a travel credit equal to your deposit payment (valid for 2 years) so you can come back and enjoy Mobys when the time is right.

Please note: our standard cancellation fees will apply if there is no NSW Government lockdown, travel ban or stay at home health order in place preventing you from travelling on your specific travel dates.

if you have booked via a travel agent online – you will need to contact the agent you booked with to make cancellations and/or modifications

 

What happens if I’m staying at Mobys and I’m forced to leave early??


If you have booked directly with us and you are forced to vacate early to comply with a Govt. health order we will only charge you for the nights that you have stayed. The nights that you have not stayed will be refunded to you

Please note: if there is no Government health order, lockdown or travel ban in place during your stay you will not receive a refund if you choose to vacate early due to any other reason
