You may stay with us at Mobys Beachside Retreat
however, there are some special conditions of entry
You must not travel to Mobys…
If you are feeling unwell,
If you have returned from overseas travel in the past 14 days,
If you have been in contact with anyone you suspect may have Corona Virus,
If you reside in, or have visited a declared COVID-19 hot spot within the past 14 days,
If you have just been tested are you are self-isolating, awaiting your test results,
if you have tested COVID-19 positive within the past 14 days
Whilst you are at Mobys…
You must practice social distancing (1.5m), and gatherings must be limited to a maximum of 10
If you are displaying symptoms you must self isolate, call your GP or visit a public COVID-19 clinic
If you test positive for COVID-19 whilst you are at Mobys you must disclose this information to management via phone 02 6591 0000 and follow Govt. protocol

OUR POOL IS CURRENTLY OPEN!
Our pool and heated spa is currently open, however there are some restrictions:
A maximum of 30 people are permitted in the pool area at the same time
A maximum of 10 people are permitted in the pool at the same time
A maximum of 5 people are permitted in the spa at the same time
OUR TENNIS COURT IS CURRENTLY OPEN

Please contact us on 02 6591 0000 between the hours of 9am and 5pm to book your next holiday
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY BOOKING DEPOSIT IF I CANT TRAVEL
If you book with us over the phone and cannot travel due to our terms and conditions Mobys will issue you a credit note (valid for 2 years ) less our $50 cancellation fee.
If you book over the phone and you are unable to travel due to a GOVT enforced travel ban Mobys will waive the $50 fee and issue you a credit note (valid for 2 years)
If you book your accommodation online ie: airbnb, booking.com etc. and you need to cancel you will need to contact the booking agent directly. Different policies and cancellation fees will apply
